Day 1


I have survived what most people would call an eternity. It was my choice so I blame no one but myself. I am talking about the service industry. Customer service to be more exact. There are many of us who have been tied to the phone like a bad dog on a leash. For those of my comrads who remain on the leash, you have my sympathies. I have been remarkably given a reprieve as I was awarded a full time job supporting the art department at Bic Graphics 2 weeks ago. My life has meaning again... This Blog will reflect on customer service professionals. You know who you are. You get paid to field calls for managers. You get the irates, the ungrateful, the mentally ill. This blog will hopefully faithfully represent you and all you go through. With stories, laughter and compassion, I hope to make your life as a CSR more tolerable.
